Hotel Puchtler and the Gasthof Deutscher Adler are 2 family-run, 3-star
hotels in the centre of Bischofsgrün,  seperated only by the hotels
private parking.

The amenities offered by both hotels are available to guests staying at
either hotel.

Hotel Puchtler features a breakfast room, a winter garden, a small spa
area with sauna and a hot tub. Beauty treatments and massages can be

Dinner is served at the recently refurbished Gasthof Deutscher Adler
serving traditional, Bavarian food. Here guests will also find a bar.
Half-board consists of a 3-course dinner with 2 main dishes to choose
from.

All the rooms at Hotel Puchtler are equipped with shower or bathtub &
WC, hair dryer, tel, radio, tv, working desk, sitting area, balcony.

The cross country ski trail-access is, weather permitting, a 5
minutes´ walk from the hotel. In very good conditions, the trail can be
accessed across from the hotel. All trails are groomed and partially
snow-covered. In past years, skiing has been possible until end of March
(although not everywhere due to direct sunlight). The higher trails can
be reached by foot (ca 15min) or from the terminus by cable car to the
“Ochsenkopf„. Walking to the terminus takes ca. 10 minutes downhill.


Cross country skiing is free of charge.
